The renowned Italian shipyard Benetti has announced the launch of the fifth and sixth Benetti Fast 125’ units (BF105 & BF106), now christened MY WAY and CHARADE respectively. The yachts were launched only a few days apart and were built in composite and carbon fibre. Both are fitted with the Azipull Carbon 56 (AZP C65) propulsion system, created in exclusive collaboration with Rolls Royce. They are due to be delivered to their respective owners before the Mediterranean summer season.

Both MY WAY and CHARADE feature sporty and striking exterior lines designed by Stefano Righini, while the interiors have been developed by RWD (formerly Redman Whiteley Dixon) studio from the UK. The owners of these two vessels have chosen the ‘AIR’ interior configuration from amongst the possibilities (Air, Land, Sea), which is the most contemporary one of the three.

The most important feature of this popular line is the above mentioned Azipull, which represents a very efficient propulsion system that takes advantage of the vast use of composite material to minimise the weight of the yacht’s propulsion system. These new propulsion units help to distribute the space on board more efficiently while allowing for great efficiency in propulsion, exceptional manoeuvrability and easy maintenance.
Another important feature is the D2P Displacement to Planing® hull, developed by Pierluigi Ausonio with the Azimut|Benetti Research & Development centre and boasting a wave piercer, bringing together the advantages of a displacement hull at low speeds with those of high-performance planing hull. Thanks to this technology, not MY WAY and CHARADE offer greater fuel efficiency at cruising speed and reach a top speed of more than 20 knots.
The yachts, measuring 38,1 metres spread over four expansive decks, and have a beam of 8,23 metres. The interior spaces include four beautifully appointed VIP cabins, one master suite, a spacious main saloon with a formal dining area, located on the main deck, as well as a smaller lounge on the upper deck. Furthermore, the sun deck offers a great place for entertainment and relaxation offering a swimming pool, while there is another custom-made pool on the bow on the upper deck.
MY WAY and CHARADE follow their equally beautiful and successful predecessor yachts of the same line delivered by Benetti: IRONMAN, CONSTANCE JOY, SKYLER and LEJOS3.
