Rossi Navi has recently announced a new 65-metre motor yacht concept design by the renowned Italian designer Tommaso Spadolini. The 65M Spadolini yacht will be able to accommodate 12 private or charter guests in 5 luxuriously furnished cabins plus the owner’s stateroom.
The new 65 metre Spadolini yacht was born from a long collaboration between the shipyard and Tommaso Spadolini. Her design incorporates different needs and expectations of existing Rossi Navi owners, obtained from long interviews and concept testing. The 65 m superyacht line is very innovative “Rich and Elegant” with just a few essential lines. She is the biggest of her series and is for the owner, who prefers big volumes and overall comfort with no sacrifices on power and speed.
The general arrangements of the new Spadolini designed 65 m series for Rossi Navi show a yacht developed on two decks and a half. The Owner’s suite is situated on the second deck, featuring a large private terrace. There are five additional guest cabins with the yacht offering accommodation to 12 guest in total.
The yacht can be powered by either two MTU 16V 4000 93 L models or two MTU 20V 4000 M93 L models allowing her to cruise at 17 knots in either case. The maximum speed reached when the larger engines are installed is 22 knots. Range of 1,500 nautical miles is achieved at a cruising speed of 17 knots or 2,500 nautical miles at economic speed of 12 knots with the smaller engines installed.
Although Rossi Navi shipyard’s beginnings go back many years as a builder contractor for several important luxury yacht building companies, such as Codecasa, Benetti, Viareggio Super Yacht, it is only seven years ago, that Rossi Navi have decided to build their own vessels. Rossi Navi has four production sites, two of which are in Viareggio and the other two are located in Pisa near the airport.
The first important motor yacht build by the shipyard was the charter yacht South and in April this year Rossi Navi have successfully launched the stunning 70 metre motor yacht Numptia.
