The Singapore Yacht Show will return to the popular Southeast Asia yacht charter destination – Singapore next month, with an amazing line-up of the most spectacular superyachts, boats, international lifestyle brands, as well as superyacht industry leaders. Organisers have just announced that the 69-metre Australian-built charter yacht Saluzi, the largest permanently based yacht available for superyacht charter in Asia, will be showcased at the Show.
Recently refitted, superyacht Saluzi – the former luxury cruise ship – is the product of remarkable engineering and vision, designed to offer a truly unique floating vacation home for exploring Asian waters.
Named after the mystical warhorse of Tang Dynasty Emperor Taizong that, according to legend, despite being wounded in battle by an arrow amidst fierce fighting, the valiant super-powered horse unflinchingly delivered the Emperor back to safety. The artwork of the horse on the exterior of the yacht has been specially created by the artist, Li Jiwei as a modern interpretation of the ancient tale and in his own words Saluzi is “an expression of both East and West, a blending of spirituality and materiality.”
Luxury yacht Saluzi will be represented for luxury yacht charter at the Show, and tours of the yacht during the Show can be arranged by contacting the brokerage company.
Inspired by the notion of an uber-chic floating Beach House, Saluzi yacht is a truly modern sanctuary for family and friends that combines both the space and privacy essential for creating a relaxed atmosphere in which to recharge and reclaim time.
Saluzi superyacht’s 32 crew on board takes care of up to 32 guests who are lodged in cabins that are divided into 2 Masters, 7 VIPs and 7 Deluxe Cabins, spread over 1650sqm of guest space across 5 decks that also comprise landscaped terraces, spa, karaoke bar, nightclub and an open air cinema.
The result of the Miami based yacht designer Luiz de Basto and his team’s work is stunning. “The briefing for the Saluzi interior team was, from day one, to think different, to be original. Although we did not know exactly where this would lead, the owners knew exactly what they did not want. They did not want to play it safe, they were not afraid to take risks. It was a good time for us to be creative, to get inspired”, says de Basto who will also be present at the Show.
With an aluminium hull and superstructure, luxury charter yacht Saluzi features an ultra- modern stabilisation system to reduce roll motion effect and ensure ultimate comfort throughout one’s luxury yacht charter vacation. With a cruising speed of 12 knots, a maximum speed of 16 knots and a range of 1500 miles, she is the perfect combination of performance and comfort.
