The Turkish shipyard, Bilgin Yachts has been working on the largest yacht under construction in Turkey, the 80-metre Bilgin 263 mega yacht. The yacht has been under construction since March and is at the block construction stage at the moment.
The block assembly and superstructure construction is programmed for July while at the moment 7 out of 25 blocks are ready. BILGIN 263 will be fitted with two MTU 16V 4000 M63R engines, which are scheduled to be delivered this November. The launch of the vessel is due in March 2017, following which she will be delivered to Bilgin’s new facility at the West Istanbul Marina.
The luxurious mega yacht was described as the ‘trendsetter of dupery yachts’ by her designer, Unique Yacht Design. She is the third project Bilgin Yacht will fulfil for this particular client. BLIGIN 263 meets the is being built to exacting performance standards of the luxury industry and is here to set the bar for Turkey’s expanding exclusive yachting sector.

The 80-metre Bilgin is being constructed to ABS class and fully LY3 compliant. She is scheduled for delivery in 2019.
