87m Yacht PROJECT HAWAII hits water at Lurssen

The respected German shipyard Lurssen has launched the highly-awaited project HAWAII measuring imposing 87 metres in length with a weight of 2,950 GT. The motor yacht boasts timeless and flowing exterior lines by Bannenberg & Rowell with naval architecture by the shipyard’s in-house team.

The build process of Project Hawaii stated in 2017 and will feature bespoke interiors also by Bannenberg and Rowell. It is believed that she is powered by two MTU Diesel engines of 2,311 hp each.

Given her size, HAWAII will feature numerous expansive deck areas, especially large aft decks, hosting numerous dining options and seating possibilities. One of the main features is the beautiful Jacuzzi hot tub with surrounding sun pads located on the main deck aft, from where stairs will lead down to an expansive swim platform for easy access to water and enjoy the great array of water toys surely to be found onboard, once the yacht has been completed and delivered to her owner.
