Set to take place from April 25 to May 1, this year’s Rio de Janeiro International Boat Show will feature the first USA Pavilion, to be hosted by the National Marine Manufacturers Association (NMMA). With 16 American companies having confirmed their presence, the space within the inaugural USA Pavilion has been completely booked.
The first NMMA/USA Pavilion will be hosting boat and yacht builders, marine equipment manufacturers, distributors of boating products and supplies, boat trailers and lifts, boat certification support and fishing equipment – all NMMA members.
Brazil is an important trading partner for the U.S. recreational boating industry and, despite an increase in import duties and challenging conditions, Brazil is the USA’s fifth largest export market.
To help U.S. businesses find new customers in this growing marine market, NMMA is taking the lead on hosting the first USA Pavilion at the Rio de Janeiro International Boat Show 2013.
