Italian shipyard, Baglietto, is proud to announce the launch of the brand new 46-metre displacement motor yacht Hull 10216. Launched at the shipyard in La Spezia on Thursday, July 3, 2014, superyacht Hull 10216 represents the first unit of Baglietto displacement yacht range. She will be showcased at the 2014 Cannes Yachting Festival from September 9 to 14, as well as at the 2014 Monaco Yacht Show from September 24 to 27. The technical launch was performed at the presence of the workers, craftsmen and management of the shipyard. They greeted the yacht with emotion, being the very first among five vessels within 43 and 54-metre range, currently in build at the shipyard.

The design of the new 46-metre displacement yacht Hull 10216 is created by Francesco Paszkowski who conceived both the exterior profiles as well as the interiors. The interior design has been developed in co-operation with Margherita Casprini, architect. This sophisticated and outstanding yacht can be inserted within Baglietto new product range, yet maintaining the traditional features of Baglietto motor-yachts such as,for example the combination of slightly squared lines with lines being more winding and more gentle. A wide beach club of about 25 square metres characterizes the yacht stern while the bow area represents the location of a 5,50-metre dinghy as well as of a rescue boat.
The interior spaces of super yacht Hull 10216 are outstanding, too and are characterised by harmonious contradictions between features inspired by the purest minimalism and by Nature, in a mixture of dark and light colours, thus creating an atmosphere of sophisticated elegance.
The Autumn boat shows will also become the occasion to introduce the new projects of Baglietto shipyard conceived by Francesco Paszkowski: three planing motor-yachts – a 46 metres, a 43 metres currently undergoing construction as well as a new 35 metres and two new projects of displacement yachts – a 55 metres and a 62 metres. To these two product range which are the core business of the shipyard, it is worthwhile mentioning the MV’s product range to be considered the “elder sister” of MV13 that was exhibited with success in Cannes last year. Baglietto shipyard, which this year celebrates its 160th anniversary, was recently appointed by two European ship-owners to build a 46-metre and a 54-metre motor-yachts.
