The Latvian-based design firm, Sea Voyager, is proud to introduce their new 68m carbon fibre catamaran SV223’ concept. Sea Voyager 223’ superyacht is a new ultra-luxury catamaran, boasting a platform with unusual dimensions, a fabulous owner’s cabin of over 100m², a dance floor worthy of the name, a lounge bar for warm nights full of stars, as well as the beach bar next to the second deck.
Sea Voyager takes inspiration from the thought ‘Born To Be a Wave’, a concept that brings together men, the sea and a ship.
Sea Voyager 223’ yacht concept is the evolution of the studio’s original concept and represents the ‘ultimate boat size’.
The studio’s thinking was to develop a new approach to the use of the technology, with a desire to create a very large catamaran, which would be able to navigate under sail with performance of 18/20 knots, while providing the maximum comfort, permitted by the size of luxury yacht Sea-Voyager 223’ concept.
‘Born To Be a Wave’ is the pleasure of living at the sea, without fear and with a worry-free spirit. The possibility of organising receptions, invite friends for a long crossing is what the studio wanted to offer with Sea-Voyager 223’ yacht concept. The lines are stretched but do not restrict the extraordinary capabilities of comfort, resulting in an amazing freedom of expression for the layout, consisting of two levels.
Level 1 is dedicated to places of common life aboard with a Lounge/Night bar of 120m2 and a reception room of 240m2.
Level 2 is exceptional, there is nothing that can compare to a Double deck, offering 2 distinct platforms: a ‘Master Cabin’ which represents a suite of 100m2 accessible by a private elevator, overlooking the bedroom area to starboard, with a king size bed and a desk. There is also a fully-equipped bathroom and the dressing room, in addition to a private 50m2 terrace and an outdoor walkway.
The front platform meets the helm area and ‘Beach deck’. Sea-Voyager 223 yacht is expected to reach the speeds of 18/20 knots.
– The ‘beach deck’ is a space of 230m2, with ‘long cocktail bar’, with a dozen long-chairs. It also provides an exceptional view of the sea.
– The helm station of 90m2 is well visible and accessible to guests and ensures secure maneuvers. There is also a small seating area with a sofa.
The hulls host 4-6 generous guest cabins. There are also well-equipped galleys, which are able to serve dinner for receptions.
The storage capacity of Sea-Voyager 223’ superyacht concept, whatever the latitude, permits to travel around the world in maximum comfort, under sail or motor. The crew, needed for such a yacht, can be comfortably accommodated in a captain’s cabin and crew cabins. Access to engine rooms, galleys and crew cabins is separated from guest accommodation.
On the back side of the hulls, there is access to garages dedicated to water sports equipment. A side door on port side allows to launch a small tender of 7m. In addition, the two beach decks on the back of the hulls are fitted to host a small helicopter.
