Classen Shipyards are proud to announce that the beautiful new Truly Classic 127 sailing yacht Atalante has left her construction hall, and the mast and rigging process is currently getting underway. The 38,8-metre superyacht Atalante has been magnificently penned by Hoek Naval Architects. The owner’s representative on this outstanding project is Nigel Ingram from MCM.
Built in accordance with MCA LY2 regulations, Atalante yacht represents the largest ever Truly Classic vessel. Designed to provide a highly optimised performance, she will be able to participate in the Superyacht Cup and Spirit of Tradition regattas, while also being enjoyed privately. Furthermore, like all Truly Classics, behind her traditional looks are the very latest technologies as well as innovations.
Even before the mast and rig are finished, one of the main visual aspects of the graceful Atalante superyacht is apparent in the form of her deck layout. This comprises both a private owner’s cockpit aft and a guest cockpit as well as deckhouse amidships, which is an immediately notable Hoek Design feature.
The Claasen craftsmen are currently completing the works on the beautiful, classic interior of Atalante yacht, with raised and fielded panelling, white painted panels above wainscot level, as well as a range of other classic details.
