Following her amazing successes in 2014, the Claasen superyacht LIONHEART is ready to kick off her thrilling summer of races. The majestic J-class sailing yacht LIONHEART will participate in the Falmouth J-class Regatta from June 23 to 27, as well as the Royal Yacht Squadron’s International Bicentenary Regatta in Cowes from July 25 to 31.
Launched from Claasen Shipyards in 2010, the 43,40m new generation aluminium super yacht LIONHEART enjoyed an incredibly successful season last year as she triumphed in multiple regattas. These included the first Menorca Maxi Regatta in May, where she took home five amazing wins, as well as the Superyacht Cup in Palma at the end of June, where she placed first, not to mention her joint victory in the prestigious King’s Hundred Guinea Cup. Moreover, she also won in the jubilee edition of the Maxi Yacht Rolex Cup last September.
These remarkable results prove Claasen’s knack for building versatile, race-worthy yachts, and the shipyard looks forward to seeing their highly successful luxury yacht LIONHEART participate in the upcoming summer racing season.
