Take a glimpse at the majestic sailing superyacht SARISSA in the beautiful video below, made by Tom Nitsch and shared by Vitters Shipyard. With naval architecture by Tripp Design and interior design by Rhoades Young, luxury yacht SARISSA is a striking 42,6-metre carbon globetrotter, representing the largest carbon sloop built in the Netherlands to date.
Following Vitters’ previous carbon high performance sailing yachts, the increase in SARISSA yacht’s size is not the only development. Her hydraulic and deck systems provide improved reaction speed, load, as well as stiffness to safely facilitate the sailing performance. Other custom technical features of this spectacular sloop include an in-house developed hydraulic steering system with rudder feedback, as well as a unique system of back stays and running stays to operate both her cruising and racing sail configurations.
Luxury charter yacht SARISSA can comfortably accommodate up to 8 guests in a lavish master suite, two double cabins – one of which is convertible into an office, a children’s cabin which has three berths, plus a single Nanny’s cabin. Moreover, SARISSA boasts a wonderful selection of extras and amenities, including a Semi-custom Ribling 555 tender with 90hp engine, Scuba gear for rendezvous diving and watersports equipment, such as skis wakeboard and donuts as well as kite boarding equipment. The vessel’s aft cockpit can even be transformed into a swimming pool for children.
