Horizon Yachts is delighted to announce the launch of the first E88 open flybridge yacht, which took place this month. Built specifically for the U.S market, the brand new motor yacht E88 open flybridge by Horizon is presently en-route to the USA as an inventory yacht available for purchase. To be showcased at the Horizon Yachts display on F dock, slips 600-606, she is set to make her world premiere at the 2015 Fort Lauderdale International Boat Show (FLIBS), running from November 5 to 9.

This 2016 Horizon E88 open flybridge superyacht was specifically designed for the U.S. market; the overall layout, interior design, as well as added amenities were based on client feedback of previous E88 yachts delivered to the USA. Accommodation is provided in four generous en suite guest staterooms below deck, including a full-beam master stateroom aft, VIP stateroom in the bow, and two twin guest staterooms, in addition to separate crew quarters aft of the engines. The entire main deck is on one level, providing a full view of the bow when standing in the aft salon, and offers everything required for comfort above deck: main salon, day head, dining for eight, fully equipped galley, as well as forward country kitchen.

The yard’s in-house interior design team and Horizon Yacht USA, the U.S. sales and service office, teamed up to design luxury yacht E88, focusing on a modern coastal theme. Semi-gloss Teak wood is utilized for the main living spaces, resulting in a warm contrast to the neutral soft goods color palette and blue as well as gold accents. The main deck flooring mixes up Walnut wood with custom marble designs at the salon entrance and galley. Moreover, Horizon also custom-designed various furniture pieces, such as the leather and Teak salon coffee table and Teak dining table with Holly in-lays.

With focus on entertaining, the new Horizon E88 yacht boasts an amazing flybridge with a large dinette seating with a split table to starboard and a full wet bar with bar stool seating to port. The extended storage cabinets are aft of the dinette seating and include a propane BBQ outside of the hardtop. The bow hosts a newly-designed seating arrangement, allowing for a U-shaped dinette and table, as well as reclining forward sun pads. There is also a gorgeous beach club and a Hi/Lo swim platform, that can be used for launching watercraft.
