Horizon Yachts is delighted to announce the global debut of the first Horizon E88 open bridge yacht at this year’s Fort Lauderdale International Boat Show, running from November 5 to 9, 2015. During the event, the all-new motor yacht E88 open bridge will be showcased together with superyacht P110, luxury yacht E84, E78 yacht, as well as power catamarans PC60 and PC52. All luxury yachts will be available for viewing at the Horizon Yacht USA display on F dock, slips 600-606.
First Horizon E88 open bridge superyacht features a four en suite stateroom layout, designed to maximize the 21’ beam, incorporating a full-beam master, twin guest staterooms, as well as VIP stateroom in the bow, with separate crew quarters positioned aft of the engines. The open bridge configuration offers an amazing spot for entertaining, with a large U-shaped dinette, full wet bar, as well as plenty of space aft for lounge chairs or a tender.
One of the many remarkable exterior features aboard superyacht E88 represents her aft beach club area. The beach club’s hydraulic garage door mixes up with the Hi/Lo swim platform to offer an easy transition into watersports. Forward on the bow, a newly-design dinette and sunpads are ideal for days at anchor. The E88 is fitted with twin CAT C32 1900HP engines as well as zero speed stabilizers, bow/stern thrusters, Hamann waste treatment system, and more.
“We have had great success with the E88 skylounge model but the first open bridge with a beach club brings something new to the table for clients,” commented Roger Sowerbutts, Director of Horizon Yacht USA. “Not only does it showcase Horizon’s capabilities as a builder but also the E88’s flexibility to be suited to various lifestyles.”
Providing luxury on every level, the Horizon P110 tri-deck superyacht boasts a generous 23’6” beam, hosting four en suite guest cabins as well as separate crew quarters below deck. The main deck flows easily between the salon and formal dining areas into the top class galley and country kitchen. The enclosed skylounge features a full helm, and the boat deck offers dining and a wet bar, plus space for water toys, as well as access to the flybridge’s secondary helm and Jacuzzi.
The smaller sister to the Horizon E88 model, the Horizon E84 (example is motor yacht Virginia) is the perfect vessel either for an experienced owner/operator or an owner searching for a traditional crewed lifestyle. The vessel boasts numerous interior and exterior spaces, and its 20’ beam provides four total guest staterooms plus crew quarters aft. The E84 is fitted with everything needed for island travel, including zero speed stabilizers, hydraulic Hi/Lo swim platform, as well as bow and stern thrusters.
The new Horizon E78 (example can be luxury yacht Wild Duck) was designed and built to easily cruise in various North and South locations. She boasts one of the shipyard’s latest innovative designs: a hydraulic hard top and radar mast that lowers her overall height from 28’ to 20’6”, allowing her to fit under fixed bridges on the Intracoastal and the Great Lakes. She offers lovely accommodation in 3 cabins, including a full-beam master cabin, with separate crew quarters positioned aft. Her lower pilothouse affords a secondary spot, protected from the elements, to pilot the E78 from New England to Florida and beyond.
Built for second-time Horizon PC60 owners, luxury catamaran Ptolemy was designed for extensive Bahamas cruising. She provides comfortable accommodation in 3 cabins. The open bridge version perfectly suits the island-destination lifestyle, with rod holders added on the aft deck for their fishing adventures. Designed with an owner-operator in mind, the Horizon PC52 retains the signature interior volume and sea keeping of her bigger sister the PC60. With a 22’ beam, the PC52 offers accommodation in three guest staterooms below deck. Moreover, the al-fresco entertaining and soaking up the sun are always on the agenda with the generous aft deck and fly bridge.
“This will be our largest FLIBS show yet, and I have a feeling it will not disappoint,” added Sowerbutts.
