South African superyacht builder, Southern Wind, has unveiled a very interesting order book for 2016, including three exciting projects: the third SW82 sailing yacht AMMONITE, the SW102 superyacht Hull #05, as well as the Reichel/Pugh 90’ Racer/Cruiser RP90 yacht. All of these are scheduled for delivery next year.

AMMONITE
Luxury yacht AMMONITE boasts both great personality as well as winning features of her predecessors: the SW82 RS yacht Feelin’ Good, as well as the SW82 FD superyacht Grande Orazio. She represents a Raised Pilothouse design, with naval architecture by Farr Yacht Design and exterior styling as well as interior design by Nauta Design.
The interior layout of the 25-metre superyacht AMMONITE includes the crew quarters and galley aft, and the master cabin forward in the quietest area of the yacht, with the luxurious addition of a large en-suite head. A double VIP cabin, also forward, with an additional foldable bunk and a day head, as well as a twin guest cabin amidships, guarantee generous accommodation and supreme privacy for all guests on-board.
The style and design of the third SW82 RS superyacht AMMONITE’s interior is contemporary, yet warm. It mixes up practical, uncluttered lines enhanced with textured natural finishes and colours, and intriguing details, including fishing nets found washed up on the beaches of Northern Australia – originally produced by local aboriginal communities – which represent the owner’s love for the seas of his homeland.

SW102 #05 YACHT
Due to be launched in Summer 2016, the fifth SW102 superyacht boasts a strong and unique personality, thanks to innovative styling of her interiors, including the new geometric design of the furniture and elegant colour combinations: clear natural oak with darker details.
SW102 n°5 yacht features naval architecture by Farr Yacht Design, with exterior styling and interior design by Nauta Design. She will actually measure 104 feet in length, and will host a large garage designed to store a 4-metre yacht tender.

REICHEL/PUGH 90’ RACER CRUISER
With naval architecture by Reichel/Pugh Yacht Design and interior design by Nauta Design, luxury yacht RP90 is a modern, high performance 90-foot blue water cruise with exceptional sailing characteristics. It provides all the comforts of a modern superyacht, while also being able to excel on the Mediterranean as well as Caribbean regatta circuits.
