La Spezia-based Italian builder, Baglietto, is proud to announce the eagerly awaited launch of the new 54m displacement yacht hull #10219, which took place last Saturday, on January 16, 2016. Destined for a European Owner, this exciting new steel and aluminium vessel bears exterior as well as interior design by Francesco Paszkowski, the latter in partnership with architect Margherita Casprini.
This new 54m vessel was built using Baglietto’s extensively tested platform for 53m yachts – which can boast the construction of such beautiful crafts as the Blue Scorpion, the Gitana, and the Baraka. Moreover, the yacht’s aesthetic features are also serving as a ‘preview’ for the restyling that will characterise the 43m, 48m, and 55m vessels currently being constructed at the shipyard, as well as the forthcoming 58m and 62m projects.
The brand’s displacement line is soon to include FAST planing yachts, boasting streamlined, aggressive profile. In April 2016, the first 46m model is expected to hit the water. This will represent the shipyard at next year’s international boat shows. The FAST line will also welcome an entry-level yacht, around 36m in length.
