UK company, Vantage Catamarans, is excited to announce that the first Vantage 86 has entered the final stage of its unique design and is ready for build. The pinnacle of racing and charter catamarans, luxury yacht Vantage 86 will be the first vessel of its kind to host a giant toy locker, specially commissioned for its motorcycle enthusiast owner.
The Vantage design team, comprising Nigel Irens Design and Christophe Chedal Anglay, has created an adventure vessel that will be able to reach the most remote locations and will enable its owner to cross islands by motorcycle.
To be the most technologically evolved catamaran on the market, the Vantage 86 will also be the longest, lightest and fastest sailing yacht ever built. She will conform to the MCA code for small craft engaged in commercial operations, ensuring profitable returns and therefore greater value to any prospective owner.
Phil Scott, managing director of Vantage Catamarans: “The Vantage 86 is unique in its intention and form, designed to break the mould of what a modern cruising catamaran represents. It is designed to perform, and combine a racing pedigree with the comfort of a stable charter yacht. Its goal is ‘adventure’. It will provide the most adventurous way of exploring the ocean and its secrets.”
Capable of hosting two motorbikes on board – a Ducati Multistrada and a CCM trials bike, the Vantage 86 will also boast innovative interiors, fitted with exceptional British furniture and meeting the needs of her adventurous owner.
