With fast approaching the 2016 Fort Lauderdale International Boat Show in Florida, more anticipation and excitement arises in the yacht industry. This year’s edition will be held from 3 November to 7 November 2016 with a huge amount of exhibitors and guests visiting from all over the world.

SOLANDGE by Lurssen
The magnificent five-deck SOLANDGE is the largest yacht in 200+ ft category that will be on display at the 2016 FLIBS. Her timeless exterior design was created by Espen Oeino, while amazing interior design was a work of bespoke Aileen Rodriguez. The 85-metre motor yacht SOLANDGE was built by Lurssen, one of the leading yacht building companies. Stunning exterior design represents famous features of Espen Oeino exterior design concept: sweeping forms, curves and lines. The megayacht was built with a steel hull and aluminium superstructure, which is a pretty outstanding characteristic of the yacht this size. Spacious exterior areas, impressive entertainment spaces make her a great luxury charter yacht, also taking into account different lifestyle of her guests. After the 2016 FLIBS the megayacht SOLANDGE is available for charter in the Caribbean during winter, and in the Mediterranean for summer 2017.
GALACTICA SUPER NOVA by Heesen
The award winning Heesen megayacht GALACTICA SUPER NOVA is a real head-turner. Her enormous success at the recent 2016 Monaco Yacht Show exceeded expectations. This 70-metre all-allumniium Fast Displacement megayacht was created by Heesen’s in house specialists together with Van Oossanen Naval Architects. The vessel reaches the maximum speed of 30,3 knots due to her innovative propulsion system and Fast Displacement Hull Form. Being able to accelerate from 0 to 30 knots in 75 seconds makes GALACTICA SUPER NOVA one of the fastest yachts. Sinot Exclusive Yacht Design developed the yacht’s interior design, for which they have received hight recognition.
APOGEE by Codecasa
This 62 -metre (203 ft) luxury motor yacht was built at Codecasa Yachts in 2003. Megayacht APOGEE is a beautiful yacht that is able to accommodate a total of 12 guests on board and has 17 crew members. The general design and naval architecture are the creation of Codecasa, while elegant interior design is the concept developed by the interior design company Studio Dellarole. APOGEE features a steel hull, and a superstructure for the most parts made from aluminium. The 11.2-metre beam represents spaciousness of the motor yacht. Accommodation onboard is available for up to 12 passengers assisted by 17 crew members.
LADY LOLA by Oceanco
The 62.6-metre luxury motor yacht LADY LOLA was build by Oceanco Yachts, a leading yacht-building company specialising in construction of superyachts, especially 80+ metres long. LADY LOLA is a megayacht created outstanding Oceanco and its “A” Group, taking in account all the characteristics required by her owner. Stylish interior design and furniture selection is a work of Francois Zuretti, featuring birch burl from Norway and dappled mahogany. Elimination of internal barriers, sliding doors and floor-to-ceiling windows create filled with light inviting atmosphere onboard.
JUST J’S by Hakvoort Shipyards
Delivered in early 2016, the largest motor yacht built to date by Hakvoort Shipyards, JUST J‘s represents spirited vision, contemporary design and hi-tech. The 61-metre luxury yacht is a joint project of Sinot Exclusive Yacht Design and Harvoort’s expertise. JUST J’s looks significantly longer due to her balanced levels of superstructure and the hull, while still featuring a stunning silhouette. Each of the five decks has its own theme, varying in a selection of panelling, trimming and woodwork. The atmosphere of an informal beach residence for a fun-aoving family while still being on a yacht was created by combining modern and classic concepts.
