Zero to Nine Design in collaboration with Schottel, Corvus Energy and Quantum are introducing their latest eco-friendly super yacht 006. The 43 metre motor yacht with Naval Architecture by Andrea Splinakis is designed to be as ‘green’ as possible. The Interior Design of 43m MY Green Concept Design by Splinakis Ship Design & Jiwon Sung is focused on an environment-friendly design, providing a comfortable yet refreshing atmosphere.
The Interior Design of 43m MY Green Concept Design by Splinakis Ship Design & Jiwon Sung incorporates naturalism and minimalism with smooth, warm and modern with beige, ivory, yellow, green and brown colours and is also practical featuring simple lines and understated style. The modernistic design developed for the 43m motor yacht, offers prospective owners a choice characterised by a particular selection of wood, fabrics and furniture.
The 43m MY Green Concept Design is also focused on saving energy by using LED lighting throughout all interior spaces creating a soft, ambient atmosphere that uses indirect lighting to enhance furniture and most of ceiling.
The Upper Deck of the 43m MY Green Concept Design features a large sunbathing area with Spa Pool, a sauna, the wheelhouse, Captain’s Cabin, and the Sky Lounge which features a long wooden table and several cane chairs.
The Main Deck features the main saloon and the formal dining area that has a spacious open layout that can be arranged to create more intimate areas. The Salon, located forward of the dining area boasts a glass table with mini bamboo ottomans that can be used as a foot rest or a table for tea and coffee. There is a bar and day head located near the entrance. In the corner of the dining room there is a charcoal setting in the display cabinet that purifies, removes unwanted food odours and moisture, providing a pleasant and clean dining environment.
Due to the innovative introduction of a two-deck owner area forward, the guest area is located at aft, just below the living area. The large guest foyer, located downstairs and in the middle of the guest cabin area, plays as an additional living area. The area boasts a circular leather couch encircling a fresh fern and uses a combination of beige and brown colours. A large circular lighting insert on the ceiling creates a warm, mysterious mood, as well as breaking up the harsh lines.
Three cabins are arranged in the guest area. The twin bedded cabin features a built-in bookshelf or cabinet in order to optimise the limited space. The combination of light pink and dark brown colours brings about a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The remaining two cabins have a double bed and features simple, modern furniture with light beige walls and natural wood.
The two-deck owner’s area is the main innovation from layout point of view. Both in the upper Owner saloon and in the lower owner cabin are adorned with white, ivory and walnut colours creating a calm and comfortable environment. The owner’s area is magnificently spacious and comes complete with its own lounge corner, a huge wardrobe and a separate study to allow a quiet area for work. The Owner’s cabin is furnished an elegant full width bathroom, with a vanity and a large shower cubicle, which can be separated by glass hinged door.
