e3 Systems are pleased to announce that they will be the main sponsors for the Antigua Charter Yacht Meeting Welcome Party on 6th December in Nelson’s Dockyard.
They are joined by their co-sponsors MTN Satellite Communications, Jetstream and Da Gama Navigation Management. In addition to sponsoring a Caribbean night of fun and networking they will be taking the opportunity throughout the show to demonstrate what they say are essential broadband services guaranteed to help make a charter yacht more attractive to potential clients. On the morning of the 6th December they will be presenting a breakfast seminar at the Copper and Lumbar Store Hotel entitled: “Why a Successful Charter Yacht Needs Broadband”.
e3’s Antigua office team will be joined for Charter Week by Erik Nieuwmeijer, Group Sales Director and Roger Horner, the Group Managing Director. The MTN team will be headed up by Derik Wagner, the Managing Director for Yachting. Jetstream will be headed up by one of the directors Will Faimatea who is also the director and founder of Bond Technical Management. Da Gama will be represented by their Managing Director, Steve Monk.
“All are welcome to the seminar”, said Roger Horner. “This will be an opportunity for yacht captains, ETOs, managers and charter brokers to talk to some of the industry’s leading experts in VSAT broadband services and safe vessel operation. We will be demonstrating how we can support the yacht’s business, entertainment and safety needs, with specific emphasis on satellite TV and IPTV; how to turn a yacht into a GSM cell; and automated chart, weather and safety services. A charter is guaranteed to run much more smoothly when there is access to all these services, keeping both guests and crew happy.”
