Italian shipyard Baglietto has released the lines for its latest 40m/131ft luxury yacht, known as HULL 10232 and penned by Horacio Bozzo for an American Owner with an expected delivery date in 2020.

Constructed entirely in aluminium and designed to match the Owner’s sporty and sophisticated character, the image shows a plumb bow and gunwales that sweep horizontally from the foredeck to the stern. The bridge deck windshield is placed almost on a diagonal, tapering from the main deck to the sundeck to create an elegant and balanced profile.
The interiors will be completed by renowned award-winning designer Achille Salvagni, details of which are currently unknown.
Baglietto CEO Michele Gavino commented of the design:
“We are very proud of this fully custom project – it represents another step towards the constructive excellence which is the main goal of all our efforts and again a demonstration of the shipyard’s intention to keep pursuing technical innovation and developing our naval engineering capabilities.”
The shipyard was also recently awarded RINA quality certification ISO 9001:2015, proving the La Spezia-based shipyard’s commitment to creating world-class luxury yachts for the international market.
In addition to HULL 10232, there are four more luxury yachts are currently under construction at La Spezia:
- 43M FAST LINE HT
- A 55m/180ft yacht designed by Francesco Paszkowski Design, to be completed in 2019
- 54m/177ft motor yacht with exteriors from Horacio Bozzo and interiors from Hot Lab 2020, and
- a third 48M T-LINE model as a sister ship to M/Y SILVER FOX, expected for delivery in 2020.
