Royal Huisman has become the second shipyard with a Royal Warrant to work out of the Port of Amsterdam, joining Feadship Royal van Lent along the waterfront, who have been established there since 2016.
Royal Huisman will be taking over the previous premises of the Holland Jachtbouw shipyard in Zaandam and will offer construction, maintenance and refit work to its clients. The move will create jobs within the local area that further strengthen the reputation of Amsterdam as a major construction centre for some of the world’s most prestigious superyachts.
