Pershing 108 Superyacht

Pershing recently unveiled a new model, the Pershing 108 express motor yacht. A superyacht that features lots of space packed into 108 feet. Also, high performance engines allow this yacht to zip along at a high rate of speed. Accommodations are also spacious and luxurious.

The Pershing 108 motor yacht also won the award for the ”Best Production Motor Yacht (81 to 120 feet)” in the 2010 Asia Boating Awards in Hong Kong.

Pershing had good company in the Boating awards and the other winners were the Best Custom Built Yacht (150 feet and up) which went to Oceanco’s Yacht Vibrant Curiosity (The Netherlands) and the Best Semi Custom Built Yacht (100 feet and up) which went to Benetti’s M/Y Silver Angel (Italy)

3 X MTU 1,815 Kw engines are the standard set up for the Pershing 108 yacht model and they can propell the 108 to a maximum speed of 41 knots. This model can stretch her endurance and travel just over 1,000 NM. However, her true notation is sprinting at high cruising speeds.

Below on the lower deck, all the accommodation are laid out in a simple and effective manner. The Earth-toned Master stateroom is located amidships and is full-beam in nature. Forward of this region, there are VIP suites as well as crew cabins.

On the Pershing 108 main deck, there is large and spacious main saloon which has an airy atmosphere with the flow of natural light through the side windows and aft glass doors. The light colours utilized also help in the tone set and modern artsy furniture has been used.

On the outside, space is well proportioned on the 108. On the bow, there is a large sunpad and “U” shaped molded seating lined by comfy seating. On the other end, there is a large sunpad as well overlooking the stern, sure to capture the impressive wake at speed. More modern seating wraps around a table to provide alternative space to eat or sit.

On the open top deck, there is plenty of lounging and relaxing areas on cushioned exterior pads. The open helm station is located to the fore of the open deck as well as the stairs to the interior wheelhouse.
