One of the largest and newest superyachts cruising our waters, the 107.8m (353ft) megayacht LUMINOSITY, previously named ZOZA, bares her new name with great pride and which also reflects perfectly her beautiful exterior looks and the extensive use of glass throughout. Built by Benetti shipyard in Italy and launched in 2020, LUMINOSITY is a masterpiece of a great collaboration between a team of expert designers and an established and respected shipyard. Her Naval architecture was created by Benetti SpA, while her exteriors are a joint work of Reymond Langton Design, Azure Yacht Design & Naval Architecture, Zanis Interiors and Giorgio M. Cassetta. Her bespoke interiors were created based on a design by Zanis Interiors.
The grand interior areas offer huge full-height windows reaching up to 3 metres in height. Twelve luxurious staterooms provide overnight stay and a private retreat for up to 27 guests onboard. The owner’s deck boasts a beautiful owner suite with a private ensuite bathroom. On the same deck, there is an additional Pullman berth in the blue guest stateroom. The further guest accommodation has been placed on the lower deck, while the wheelhouse deck is home to another stateroom with four berths, used either for children of as a staff cabin. The carefully-selected and highly-professional crew of 37 members are accommodated in the crew quarters. An elevator contacts the decks for easy and comfortable access.
One of LUMINOSITY ’s many highlights is the huge beach club that includes a counter-flow swimming pool and a cold plunge pool. Other amenities and facilities onboard include a gymnasium, a Hamman, hospital or a conference room, in addition to a number of saloons, dining areas (indoor and alfresco) and entertainment/relaxation and sunbathing areas. The spacious sun deck has been fitted with a Jacuzzi hot pool.
The owner and guests can reach the yacht by helicopter as well, thanks to her helicopter landing area. Further equipment includes 12 cranes, jet skis, a number of tenders and a great selection of water toys. She is powered by sic Caterpillar C32 994kW engines reaching a top speed of 16.5 knots.
