Van der Valk has announced that it has received an order for a new 34m/115ft explorer yacht LADY LENE – from a repeat customer.
This tri-deck vessel is built with an aluminium hull and superstructure, a wave-piercing bow and a performance-enhancing Hull Vane system, and will have wheelchair access to all decks on board via a lift (elevator) and completely flush decks.
The sense of volume on board is amplified by ceilings of greater height in addition to extensive glazing to reduce the barriers between interior and exterior areas.
The accommodation is designed for 10 guests over 5 en-suite cabins: 1 lower deck Master suite, 1 VIP stateroom on the bridge deck, and 3 further guest cabins in the bow section.
Joining Van der Valk on the build of E/Y LADY LENA is the Owner’s team YachtCreators, Guido de Groot Yacht Design, Ginton Naval Architects, Diana Yacht Design and Hull Vane BV. Delivery is expected in 2021.
