The 61m/200ft luxury yacht PROJECT ASIA, also known as HULL YN 253, has arrived at the Royal Hakvoort Shipyard facilities in Monnickendam on the 31st of May to begin outfitting.
M/Y PROJECT ASIA is well-proportioned, offering a balance between the exterior and interiors spaces, both of which are the work of Sinot Yacht Design. Among the notable features is a private Owner’s deck with forward Master suite complete with his and hers bathrooms, a study and a sky lounge with a bar. Outside, there is an alfresco dining table to seat all 16 guests. Another alfresco dining area can be found on the sundeck, which also comes with a swimming pool, bar, outdoor lounge and sun-drenched sunpads.
The main deck hosts the VIP stateroom and main salon, equipped with a bar, seating area and elegant dining facilities. The tenders are stored within the main deck, thereby creating room on the lower deck for a beach club that includes a hammam, massage room and entertainment area – the perfect place to relax after a workout in the top deck gym.
In addition to the Owner’s suite and VIP stateroom, there are 4 double guest cabins on the lower deck to sleep a total of 12 guests across 6 well-appointed en-suite cabins. The crew are also accommodated on the lower deck in 8 well-proportioned en-suite cabins.
Two Caterpillar 3512E HD Diesel engines will provide guests with a top speed of 14.7 knots, a cruising speed of 13 knots and a range of 3,800 nautical miles at 12 knots for crossing the Atlantic and accessing the best of the Mediterranean and Caribbean cruising grounds.
