Sanlorenzo have announced the delivery of 56.5m (185’4″) superyacht ALMA who represents a collaboration between the shipyard, Zuccon International Project exteriors and Vickers Studio interiors.
She is the first hull in the Sanlorenzo 57 Steel series and boasts a powerful silhouette on the water, spans five decks and offers 1050 GT of volume. Bernado Zuccon defines the 57 Steel as “a skillful play of balance between content and container”. He continued, “the 57 Steel is an ambitious project behind which there has been an intense amount of typological research … that Zuccon International Project has been conducting with passion since the beginning of its collaboration with Sanlorenzo”.
The owners tasked Vickers Studio to create a warm and cosy environment inside. Images of the interior have not been made available but John Vickers of Vickers Studio, explained. “The design process was a huge creative pleasure and the shipyard team responded really well to our design direction, producing a wonderful interior. We have worked with Sanlorenzo before and know the care and attention to detail, but on this yacht, it was exceptional.”
Sanlorenzo have three more units in the 57 Steel series under construction which have already been sold to their eager owners.
