Alia Yachts has begun construction on the first ALIA 43 RAISED PILOT HOUSE, a new project in collaboration with Omega Architects and Van Oossanen. Omega has created a low-rise and sleek profile with a pelican-beak bow and raised pilothouse layout spread over two-and-a-half decks and 43m (137′).

In build for a client based in Miami, the design is styled around the relaxed, open-air lifestyle in Florida and the Bahamas and can accommodate eight guests in four suites.
“She’s a combination of speedy and rugged,” says Frank Laupman of Omega Architects. “The idea came from the owner and shipyard. There’s never a dull moment at Alia with such a dedicated owner and motivated team. You really get the feeling they really want to do the best for their clients.”
Stern view
There is ample al fresco entertainment space perfect for lounging and sunbathing across the aft deck, the foredeck, and sundeck. The foredeck boasts a wonderful jacuzzi tub and the raised pilothouse configuration is stretched to 42 metres and 380GT.
Exterior lounge
The interior design is by newcomers Yodezeen, a pair of designers from Kyiv with a studio in Miami and they have created a fresh feel throughout. Accommodation is configured as four guest suites on the lower deck and a master stateroom with walk-in wardrobe on the main deck forward.
Foredeck lounge
Powered by twin MTU TIER III 16V 2000 M96L main engines, the yacht with have a top speed in excess of 22.5 knots and a range of 3,200nm at 12 knots. She is scheduled for delivery in summer 2024 and will make her debut at the autumn boat shows.
