Superyacht PROJECT 713 has been launched by Feadship, representing a forward step in the shipyard’s journey towards being climate neutral by 2030 and taking its place alongside Feadship’s other sustainable projects, superyacht OBSIDIAN, and superyacht PROJECT 821.
Her elegant profile, with its blue-grey hull, is the work of Studio De Voogt while the interiors have been designed by Sinot Yacht Architecture and Design. She presents with a plumb bow and extended aft deck beach terrace with pool, plus grand teak decks across her four deck levels. The teak used in the build has been FSC-certified – harvested sustainably from the plantation.
The yacht is the first to carry solar cells for auxiliary power generation and she is also fitted with diesel-electric propulsion and is capable of running on non-fossil HVO. The solar panels on board are designed for high performance and durability, use efficient silicon cells and contribute significantly to the yacht’s energy efficiency. She belongs to the best in fleet at 35% below average environment al impact. The owner has been involved throughout to ensure the design meets this challenging impact reduction.
Feadship is also committed to contributing positively to the Dutch economy, where the superyacht industry represents more than half the marine industry in the country. The launch of motor yacht PROJECT 713 demonstrates the shipyard’s innovation and craftsmanship while creating substantial employment opportunities from naval architecture to engineering and interior design.
As luxury yacht PROJECT 713 takes to the water, she also takes her place in Feadship’s line up of innovative and sustainable superyachts. We wish her fair winds on her maiden voyage.
