Princess Yachts International will unveil their first motor yacht Princess 98, designed in collaboration with the prestigious Fendi Casa, at the upcoming 2011 PSP Southampton Boat Show. This new collaboration with Fendi Casa is the most ambitious interior designer partnership for the Princess Yachts shipyard to date.
Over six months in development, the design collaboration with Fendi Casa is now ready for its first public appearance, providing the perfect showcase for the brand’s interior design expertise and, through its unique ownership, its close relationship with some of the world’s most luxurious fashion houses and fellow LVMH brands.
Including seating, furniture, fabrics, accessories and floor coverings from the Italian design house, each piece of furniture is individually tailored to the Princess Yachts 98 Yacht and designed to complement her clever layout. With a sophisticated scheme, in signature Fendi Casa style, running throughout the boat, the saloon displays Onyx lamps and iconic chrome and glass feature lights set alongside an impressive Bernini Royce dining table which provides a focal feature point for this area.
The highly appointed cabins below exhibit further elements of superior luxury with bespoke Fendi Casa leathers inlaid and hand stitched into furniture, beautiful Fendi Casa dressing table chairs and throws and cushions adding the essential final layer of sophistication and colour. The Princess Yachts 98 Motor Yacht stateroom even includes a vast Fendi Casa mirror in the walk-in wardrobe and an impressive sofa upholstered in gold tones.
This sleek and elegant Princess 98 Motor Yacht is designed for long range cruising, accommodating up to 10 guests in refined and elegant luxury with a choice of 4 or 5 cabins. From the vast flybridge to the walk-through foredeck seating area, her exterior spaces have been designed with entertaining in mind and the large submersible bathing platform, jet-ski transom garage and tender stowage on the flybridge make water sports a real pleasure.
The Princess 98 Motor Yacht will be on display at the PSP Southampton Boat Show this September alongside 13 additional Princess craft, both on land and in the marina.
