Motor Yacht Mogambo – a Nobiskrug 74m Superyacht

Motor Yacht Mogambo, previously also known as hull 782, is a 74 metre steel hulled luxury yacht, built by the German shipyard Nobiskrug and was launched yesterday. The Nobiskrug superyacht Mogambo left the Rendsburg building shed in March 2010 to be moored in the Nobiskrug´s huge 160 metre yard. Motor yacht Mogambo comes from the same platform as Siren superyacht and Luxury yacht Sapphire and its internal, as well as, external parts have been designed by the London-based office Reymond Langton Design.

The 74m Nobiskrug Mogambo yacht is powered by twin 2,360hp MTU 16V 4000 M60 diesels, her beam is 39 feet (12 metres) and draft is almost 12 feet (3.55 metres), cruising at 14.5 knots reaching maximum speed of 17 knots.

Mogambo superyacht´s luxurious interior design offers accomodation to 12 guests in 6 highly comfortable cabins, serviced by a 17-member crew and is scheduled for delivery by the end of this year.

Motor Yacht Mogambo is a sistership of the same-sized Graffiti yacht, known as hull 783, coming from the same shipyard, and also designed by Reymond Langton Design, currently under construction.
