The Swedish builder Rupert Marine is currently working on the 50ft RIB yacht as a tender to the 100ft sailing yacht Indio, built by the respected shipyard Wally Yachts in 2009. Scheduled for delivery in June 2012, the 50ft Rupert yacht tender is based on the Rupert 50 Wheel House.
The aft deck of the 50ft Rupert yacht is lengthened and customized to the buyer’s specifications. Interior and exterior are built according to yacht standards. The tender will be colour coded to match the Wally superyacht Indio.
The 50ft Rupert yacht tender is equipped with an advanced navigation system, a 6 kW generator, full air conditioning, water maker, ice maker and all the amenities expected on a tender of this class. To assist the 100ft luxury yacht Indio there is also an integrated fuel transfer station on the aft platform. The large workspace on aft deck can easily be converted to a big sun bed or nice lounge area with a retractable sunshade.
Twin MAN 800 Hp engines coupled to a pair of Rolls Royce/Kamewa water jets gives the 50ft Rupert yacht tender a speed range of 40 to 45 knots.
