The Canados shipyard has successfully launched its new Canados 120 motor yacht Far Away. Incorporating any conceivable innovation in the design, in the layout as well as in the equipment, the Far Away superyacht is a beautiful 36-metre planing vessel and the flagship of the flybridge range. She will make her debut at the 2012 Cannes International Boat Show. A new Canados 86 superyacht – the most ever successful luxury vessel of the boatyard – will be launched in the next weeks while the technical Department is working at new designs to be shown next year.
It was quite a special launch ceremony as it was celebrated by a Russian Orthodox priest as the owners asked for. More than 60 guests took part into the ceremony. The latest Canados 120 superyacht Far Away is destined to a Russian owner who will sail through the Mediterranean in the coming season.
The naval engineering and the exterior was designed by the boatyard technical department, while the interior owes much to the creativity of Francesco Paszkowski Design the owner choose among the most internationally renowed designers. He took care of the whole interior design (layout- decor and lighting system. By working at the 36-metre flybridge yacht Far Away Paszkowski cooperates again with Canados many years later when he designed Canados yachts at the beginning of his career.
Far Away superyacht’s unmistakable style is recognisable at first sight from the bow and strakes. The yacht combines sleek lines and high performance with new distinctive features as the four fold-down terraces on the main deck which are equipped with a sophisticated hydraulic system; a full teak beach-club, complete with shower and heads aft; an exterior living area forward on the main deck, with a sofa and a spacious sunbathing area; an advanced entartainment and communication system working through IPad; an innovative hard-top equipped with an advanced opening system with carbon elements shelters the fly.
Fully customized in the interior, as any Canados, the Far Away yacht’s distinctive interior combines a peculiar layout with a refined workmanship of the materials – oak, ebony, stone and titanium – and unusual solutions for dividing the space onboard. Grey is the dominant colour for the decor.
