Launched by the well known Italian shipyard Canados last Friday, the Canados 120 motor yacht Far Away is the flagship of the flybridge range which consists of the smaller 76’, 86’ as well as 116’ vessels. With exterior by the Canados’ in-house team, the 36m Far Away superyacht boasts lovely interior by respected Italian designer Francesco Paszkowski.
By working at the 36-metre flybridge yacht Far Away Francesco Paszkowski cooperates again with Canados many years later when he designed Canados yachts at the beginning of his career.
The new Canados 120 luxury yacht Far Away shows excellent performance, advanced equipment, peculiar interior layout and a modern decoration by Francesco Paszkowski Design. Accomodation is for eight guests. The new Canados features large open-air space everywhere on every deck and provides living, dining, an entertainment room, two owner suites, two guest cabins. Music, air conditioning, lights regulation, talks with the other guests while staying in the cabins and crew calls are controlled through an advanced system using IPad.
The hull features large windows providing the cabins on the lower deck with excellent light and view, while four fold-down terraces on the main deck are equipped with a sophisticated hydraulic system and reduce the boundaries between exterior and interior in the dining and in the entertainment room forward.
A particularly innovative aspect of the Far Away yacht is related to the stern which offers a full teak beach-club, complete with shower and heads. The garage houses a 4,30-meter yacht tender, while two seabob and a jetski can be recovered under the stern platform.
The 36m superyacht Far Away features an exterior living area forward on the main deck, with a sofa and a spacious sunbathing area, specifically designed in order to provide wider room and increase privacy outside. The sofa can be sheltered from the sun thanks to a bimini which can be easily installed and removed.
The flybridge is extremely wide and conceived for enjoying open-air relax. It features a living and a dining area, and a sun-bathing area aft. A hard-top equipped with an advanced opening system with carbon elements shelters the fly.
Thanks to R&D Department, the Canados 120 yacht Far Away is equipped with the latest monitor and control equipment as well as sophisticated entertainment systems with several functions: air conditioning, interior and exterior lights regulation, music and TV, curtain opening and closing, talks with guests while staying in the cabins and crew calls are controlled just using IPad.
As all Canados yacht, the 120 yacht Far Away reveals customized interiors. The owner choose Francesco Paszkowski Design for the interior layout and the decor.
The famous Italian design studio took care of the whole interior design (layout- decor and lighting system) of the new Canados 120 superyacht Far Away. The vessel’s distinctive interior combines a peculiar layout with a consistent design everywhere onboard and refined workmanship of the materials – oak, ebony, stone and glass – and unusual solutions for dividing the space onboard. Grey is the dominant colour for the decor. This colour is used in different shades evoking anyhow the tone of titanium, a material also used onboard. The result is a rigorous and understated elegant interior design as just megayachts usually feature.
“The result achieved in this yacht is due to the perfect agreement and the close cooperation between our studio, the owner, who chose us for his yacht interior, and the boatyard – says Francesco Paszkowski. “The owner’s demands could be met, the shipyard accepted our proposals and always committed hard to look for the solutions the technical aspects of material processing and layout required”.
The main deck features living, dining, an entertainment room forward which can get into a large guest cabin, while the galley – built by Boffi – the day-head and the access to the wheelstation are enclosed into a well-defined space amidship. The lower deck is dedicated to the owners and guest accomodation with 3 cabins – two master suites and a twin-beds guest cabin – with ensuite bathroom.
