Schnaase Interior Design has unveiled images of their new interior for the superyacht Mystic, a 46 metre superyacht which was designed by Diana Yacht Design and has now been built and launched by CMB Yachts.

Superyacht Mystic is the first completion at the CMB Yachts yard and she is the largest composite yacht built in Turkey to-date. Yacht Mystic features an interior styled by Birgit Schnaase with accommodation for 10 guests in a master suite, two double and two twin cabins.
Schnaase Interior Design aimed to create an interior that was as new and fresh as the newborn shipyard the vessel was being built at. The result is a concept that leans towards oriental tastes more than to Northern European. The overall style of motor yacht Mystic is “a new interpretation of Art Nouveau.” describes Schnaase.

The interior of the superyacht Mystic is a powerful mix of strong materials. Macassar ebony provides contrasting dark trims and skirting boards. Glass chandeliers, mother of pearl detailing and crystal accessories, exude decadence and provide a contrast to the more contemporary materials, such as the shimmering Majilite panels covering the walls.

Schnaase Interior Design have kept the colour palette of M/Y Mystic fairly neutral with beiges, browns and creams, finished with details such as large gold handles, classic Art Nouveau fabric patterns and warm golden Onyx on the floors, mixed with leather and silk.

The layout of this yacht is fairly unique with her master suite being situated on the upper deck in the area normally used for the sky lounge. And the usual place for the master suite on a superyacht is on the main deck is replaced by a large gymnasium and a cinema.
The CMB Mystic yacht is powered by twin 1450hp MTU engines and she will reach a top speed of 17 knots with a range of 4,000 nautical miles at 12 knots. The superyacht is RINA classed and MCA compliant.
