It has been a very successful Fort Lauderdale International Boat Show for the team from GO2 Global Yachting this year, with plenty of new GO2 (pronounced “Go Two”) customers signed up during the event and since the show ended.
This was GO2 Global Yachting’s debut at the show, where they formed part of the US Superyacht Association’s Pavilion. As with Monaco Yacht Show, GO2’s bright green presence was hard to miss and drew in the crowds. Managing Director Richard Franklin says: “We were uncertain what sort of reception to expect, this being our first time at the show. However we were pleased to have a lot of captains and engineers wanting to hear more about GO2. The message that GO2 is proving to be a very effective way to reduce soot whilst reducing fuel consumption and saving money is clearly being heard on both sides of the Atlantic”.
In response to growing demand for GO2 in the US and the Caribbean, GO2 Global Yachting is pleased to announce that Yacht Chandlers will be stocking GO2 at their stores in Fort Lauderdale, St Maarten and St Thomas. “This will make it even easier for GO2 users to obtain product quickly when they need it in these key yachting locations, enhancing our worldwide delivery network. We look forward to working with the team at Yacht Chandlers” says Richard Franklin.
GO2 Global Yachting’s next stop will be METS 2012, where the team is looking forward to exhibiting again in the Superyacht Pavilion on stand 10.421. It was a year ago that GO2 won a prestigious DAME Award for most environmentally friendly product. Things have moved on a great deal for the company in the intervening 12 months, with 75 superyachts now using GO2, with a 95% re-order rate, excellent customer feedback and a Global sales and logistics network proven to be able to get GO2 to superyacht customers wherever they are in the World.
