This year’s Monaco Yacht Show saw the official presentation of the brand new 24-metre sailing yacht SIG80, designed by Adam Voorhees and Van Peteghem Lauriot Prevost (VPLP) for Le Breton Yachts. SIG80 superyacht is an ultra high-performance luxury vessel, providing vast and sumptuous accommodation on a race boat derived platform.
This pioneering addition to the Le Breton stable shares its stunning lines with its smaller sisters, the striking SIG45 cruiser-racer and the SIG60 performance cruiser, also developed by Adam Voorhees Design and VPLP.
Luxury yacht SIG80 will be one of the fastest cruising vessels in the world, capable of speeds well in excess of 30 knots with effortless performance and superb handling. The deck layout enables sailing by a small crew: either the owner and guests, or a professional team of two.
The sail-handling controls, located at the mast base cockpit and the twin aft steering cockpits, are separated from the areas dedicated to guests. A true semi-custom yacht, the interior layout and finish can be refined according to the owner’s tastes.
The standard design of the 24-metre SIG80 yacht features two aft master suites and two guest staterooms (all en-suite), and an open plan living area with same level aft cockpit that exemplifies the connection between inside and out. In addition, the design offers an en-suite crew cabin for two, and a workshop / laundry.
