Admiral has launched the 55m/180.5ft luxury yacht GECO on June the 4th. Following her delivery, she will be available for summer charters this year.
The S-Force model is built with a semi-displacement aluminium hull and superstructure and the naval architecture and interior and exterior styling was all completed by the shipyard in-house teams.
The beautiful contemporary interiors use a neutral palette with both natural and artificial lighting playing an integral role in the ambiance from day to night: Large windows reduce the barriers between guests and nature, and the sensational chandelier above the circular formal dining table is immediately eye-catching.
The lounge is a tranquil environment for relaxing and socialising, and is fitted with the latest technology for convenience and comfort.
The outdoor areas have received just as much consideration and the upper deck forward provides a spacious sunbathing area that can be cleared for use as a touch-n’-go helipad. Guests can watch a film under the stars as drinks are delivered from the wet bar, and relax in the Jacuzzi or work out in the open air. Lastly, the beach club provides the best of indoor/outdoor living with a dining table close to the water and plenty of space for sunbathing or getting out the water toys.
Using twin Caterpillar C32 Acert engines, M/Y GECO will be capable of a top speed of 18 knots and a cruising speed of 16.5 knots.
The accommodation sleeps a total of 12 guests across 6 en-suite cabins: 1 Master suite, 1 VIP stateroom and 4 further guest cabins on the lower deck. The main deck Master suite is generous in its proportions, providing plenty of space for its occupants with cutting-edge technology.
