Australian Marine Industry Export Group and Superyacht Base Australia announced a strong Australian attendance at the 2010 Monaco Yacht Show, held from the 22nd to 25th September 2010.
Highlighting the strength of the marine industry in Australia, the mission will be joined by a number of the country’s leading marine manufacturers, yacht builders and refit specialists including HyDrive Engineeering, Muir Windlassess Australia, Azzura Marine, Refit Australia, VEEM Propellers, EMP Composites and McConaghy Boats.
Ocean Media, publisher of the well known Great Southern Route and acclaimed Ocean Magazine will be on the Australian stand at Monaco promoting the Australian superyacht industry and their publications which are targeted at the Superyacht sector.
AIMEX Chief Executive MaryAnne Edwards says “This is an exciting opportunity to showcase the innovation of Australian marine manufacturers, and raise Australia’s profile as a destination for international superyachts. Our aim is to ensure Australia is on every superyacht cruising itinerary.”
The Australian stand will be a hive of activity throughout the four day event. A major draw card to the stand for tradeshow visitors will be the two return business class airfares on offer from ETIHAD Airways – the national airline of the United Arab Emirates.
To ensure a high profile at this event, SYBA will join forces with Boat International as a contributing sponsor for their well-known cocktail function held during the Monaco Show.

The Monaco Yacht Show is considered one of the key exhibition events for the luxury yachting sector. It will be held from 22 -25 September 2010 at Port Hercules – Principality of Monaco.
