Exciting news emerge from the renowned Dutch shipyard Amels, as it announces the launch of the hull 6002 superyacht project Witchcraft. The yacht left the Amels and Damen Yachting drydock marking the beginning of her final construction phase just before her delivery scheduled for autumn.

This beautiful Amels 60 Limited Editions spent the last 12 months in outfitting in Vlissingen and features modern lines and a light colour scheme. The windows have been customised to the Owner’s wishes and reflect the innovative approach to yacht building approach by Amels, which allows for maximum customisation while offering fast delivery. She is constructed on a proven technical platform which has been tried and tested, with the best in naval architecture by Damen Yachting and sea-keeping capabilities.
Her stunning exterior lines were designed by Espen Oeino and her gross tonnage is 830 GT. She can accommodate up to 12 guests in comfortable, deluxe ensuite staterooms, as well as a crew of 12 in modern cabins.

Powered by a hybrid power and propulsion technology, her overall design has been created with user-friendliness and utmost in comfort in mind. Plenty of space is notable on board and includes a large sun deck, fabulous swim platform, an owner’s suite with a foldable balcony as well as a large, 9m luxury tender which is stowed on the foredeck. The interiors boasting light and airy colours have been designed by the Owner’s interior designer.
Damen Yachting Project Manager Arie Midavaine comments, “Watching 6002 head outside for the first time signifies everything the team has achieved since she arrived here in Vlissingen last July. And by the team, I mean everyone involved in making this milestone happen – the Damen Yachting team, the Owner’s team and all our co-workers. It’s down to the great collaboration between all of these parties that we are standing here admiring this stunning new 60-metre in the daylight and open air. I am looking forward to the final outfitting phase now and getting her out on the water!”
