The social media scene of the yachting industry is celebrating the launch of the first AMELS Limited Editions 220 67m/220’2″ superyacht AURORA BOREALIS (ex Project Waka, YN22004). She was penned by two world-famous designers, Tim Heywood and Andrew Winch, who worked on a large number of luxury superyachts.
Amels announced the technical launch of AURORA BOREALIS (at that time she was known as Project Waka) last month when the yacht was entering the last stage of the construction process – outfitting. 67m superyacht AURORA BOREALIS is set for delivery over summer, during the Mediterranean yachting season.
This 67-metre beauty is able to accommodate 12 guests over seven staterooms and offers luxurious living spaces of over 1,150m/12,300sqft. She is also fuel efficient, thanks to her Full Displacement Hull Form (FDHF) and state-of-the-art energy recovery systems.
It is still unknown at this stage whether AURORA BOREALIS would become available for charter. The yacht is currently on the market with the asking price of €87,500,000.
AMELS have built over the years some incredible superyachts of the top quality and comfort, which are available for charter right now. Contact the professional yacht charter brokers at CharterWorld to find out more.
