Friday, April 17, 2015 in Vlissingen, the Netherlands, saw the prominent Dutch builder, AMELS, launch the new 55m motor yacht Hull 468. Spotted alongside the 60m LE199 yacht Madame Kate by ‘Dutchmegayachts’, superyacht Hull 468 represents the latest Limited Editions 180 series vessel, beautifully designed by bespoke Tim Heywood. The last two photos below show the AMELS LE180 luxury yacht Hull 470 – the 20th vessel in the LE171/177/180 series, delivered by Polish tug IKAR on April 16, 2015.

LE180 luxury yacht Hull 468 arrived at the AMELS yard in Vlissingen less than a year ago. She represents the third and final AMELS launch of this year. The company is expected to launch at least four new vessels next year, including two LE180 yachts, the LE 242 superyacht Project Freefall (Amels 7401), as well as the LE272 mega yacht Amels 8301.

Amels Hull 468 Yacht just launched
Made of steel and aluminium, Amels LE180 series yachts provide deluxe accommodation to up to 12 guests and a crew of 12 members. They can reach a top speed of 15,5 knots.
