Aqua Star USA, the manufacturer of high tech underwater adventure and marine leisure products have announced an agreement to secure the exclusive distribution and marketing services of  Guangzhou Minhua Yacht Company. Under the agreement Guangzhou Minhua Yacht Co. will provide distribution, and business development services to expand the sales of Aqua Star USA products worldwide.

Parent company, Guangzhou Minhua Shipbuilding Co. Ltd located at Changzhou Island is one of the biggest and most luxurious shipbuilding companies in China, specializing in producing high performance glass fiber ships including luxurious yachts, high-speed, sightseeing, and working ships from 8 to 25 meters, many of which have obtained patents for appearance designs. Guangzhou Minhao Yacht Company provides boat design, consulting services, boat rentals, and distributes for many famous domestic yacht manufacturers to Austria, Southeast Asia, Portugal, South Africa, Gabon, Madagascar, Mozambique and other Asian, African, and European countries.

Guangzhou Minhua Yacht Co. is also the general agent for Italian Builder “ZEN YACHT” in China and cooperates with many other famous foreign brands for yacht imports. The company is authorized for importing and exporting yacht related products (including pre-owned yachts) Guangzhou Minhao Yacht Company has received the award for “National Brand Name” and “The Most Competent Brand”, and is a member of “China Shipbuilding Industry Association”.

Under the terms of the agreement Guangzhou Minhua Yacht Co. will purchase inventory, maintain showroom facilities and provide customer service for Aqua Star USA products. Aqua Star will provide support, training, and  professional staff if requested to map, design, and set up dive sites for dive operators.
