ARCADIA YACHTS recently announced some further details of the new A100 yacht. A100 is a 31.06 metres yachts with a large beam of 7.75 metres, which is quite large for a yacht of this size. She is built from GRP with a semi-planning hull and a gross tonnage of just over 200 tonnes. The amount of living space aboard this yacht is comparable to the size of much larger superyachts.
One of the great exterior features of A100 includes over 50 square metres of openable glazing along its sides to allow owner and guests to enjoy the sea breeze. The double glazed panels into which the photovoltaic cells are incorporated comprise the upper section of the superstructure and are a signature of all Arcadia models. Once again, they are one of the most prominent green features aboard the A100. The entire living area converts to a huge sea-front patio thanks to sliding side doors and balconies. These extraordinary al fresco spaces afford spectacular views from both sides of the yacht –an exhilarating solution offered by Arcadia Yachts aboard this new model.
Interior layout is available with either 4 or 5 cabins to suit the requirements of each owner.
A100 Hull #1 – features 5 cabins including a master suite on the main deck. Thanks to full-height side windows and a smooth ceiling, the owner will enjoy spectacular 180° views of the horizon, as well as the starry night sky overhead from the comfort of his cabin. There is a stunning 35 sq metres VIP suite with a private lounge/office area and a TV area in addition to two bathrooms.
In terms of finish, a beautiful combination of greys with red accents as illustrated by the panels in the shower created by artist Alex Turco and in some of the Ferrari red-inspire details in the upholstery commissioned at the request of the owner.
A100 is designed to deliver some other outstanding features: a new convertible deck concept with a sky lounge and bridge, a fibreglass NPL semi-planning hull, low fuel consumption, and solar panel-delivered auxiliary power.
