In about a month, the Italian shipyard Baglietto will be launching its 46-metre hull #10221, marking the birth of the new FAST line. The yacht represents the evolution of previous models, yet reflecting the yard’s tradition and was designed in collaboration with renowned design studio Francesco Paszkowski Design.
The new Baglietto 46m FAST boasts a streamlined bow and rakish lines, providing her with a strong personality. The boat can also feature imposing stern with hawses, maintaining the family feeling of previous Baglietto yachts.
One of the interesting features are her trapeze-shaped windows in the hull, alternating with rectangular ones, fitted on two different levels. Another notable feature is the compact shape of the superstructure, which is not too high, increasing aerodynamic penetration.
The 46-metre was designed with great outdoor areas, allowing guests to enjoy the close proximity of the sea both cruising and at anchor. The upper deck aft offers a massive open terrace overlooking the sea and boasts teak flooring, while it can be furnished with a large table for al fresco dining and a spacious sunbathing area. This feature would appeal to both, owners that wish to utilise the yacht for private cruising or those that would like to offer the vessel for luxury yacht charters.
She is currently being outfitted, with interiors by designer company Paszkowski and architect Margherita Casprini, offering great space and comfort to all aboard.
The interiors boast warm shades of rosewood combined with cooler lacquered ceiling and side panels, resulting in a very refined, contemporary and stylish ambience. The accommodation is offered in four guests suites on the lower deck and an owner suite on the main deck. The latter comes with an office, a dressing room and a luxurious en suite bathroom.
The spacious upper deck offers a comfortable saloon with a lounge area, a captain’s cabin as well as the helm station. The crew quarters are situated on the lower deck and comprise four twin cabin as well as a single cabin, and a dinette.
The superyacht was completely constructed in aluminium, an is expected to reach a maximum speed of 28 knots thanks to her twin MTU 16V4000 engines. She is Lloyd’s Register of Shipping classified and compliant to MCA standards.
