The 34-metre Baltic 112 Custom sailing yacht LIARA by Baltic Yachts is being completed on schedule to her Summer 2019 delivery as she hears the final stages of construction.
Malcolm McKeon produced her naval architecture and exterior styling, while the interiors are the work of Adam Lay Studio.
Once completed, the accommodation will sleep up to eight guests over four cabins (an Owner’s suite, a VIP stateroom and two twin cabins), each featuring a limed oak finish.
The deck has been installed along with essential electrical, hydraulic and plumbing systems, and the carbon fibre hull and cockpit will reduce the draft along with a telescopic keel, transforming from 6.15m/20ft to 3.9m/12.8ft.
Once delivered, S/Y LIARA will cross the Atlantic and join the Caribbean and Bahamas charter season with the intention of participating in the region’s regattas, but spending most of her time as a fast family cruising yacht.
Also due for launch in 2019 is a Baltic 142 Custom sailing yacht, which is simultaneously being constructed at the shipyard’s facilities.
