Rondal is proud to announce that they will supply a complete rig package for the Baltic 175 Pink Gin VI yacht, currently in build at Baltic Yachts in Finland. Once completed, sailing yacht Pink Gin VI will represent the world’s largest carbon sloop.
After recent orders for the rig of a 58m sloop and a 56m ketch, this is again a clear show case that Rondal dominates the superyacht market for rigging projects this size.
This new project for the new Baltic 175 superyacht Pink Gin VI incorporates a 68m long carbon fibre mast and Rondal performance furling boom. The rigging package will feature Rondal’s battencar system and internal D tangs, the furling boom according to Rondal ‘style to order’ principle will have Rondal’s proven and widely appreciated and highly recommended outhaul system. The rig will be supported by a state of the art solid carbon standing rigging from Carbo Link.
Delivery is planned for early 2017.
With currently eight superyacht rigs on order, plus this prestigious order from Baltic, there is no doubt that Rondal is the leading spar maker in this segment.
