Following on from the sale of the first OASIS 40M luxury yacht to an American Owner on July the 19th, Benetti has announced that two more hulls from the same model have been commissioned, with a delivery date set for 2020.
The new model was a collaboration between the Italian shipyard and award-winning British design company RWD, and was created to promote an informal on-board lifestyle where guests can pursue active or laid-back interests with ease and comfort. The interiors come from New York firm Bonetti/Kozerski Architecture who created a flowing and tranquil environment using the same materials, textures and colours throughout.
The second OASIS 40M was claimed to a seafaring Owner who experienced ‘love at first sight’, while the third model was sold to the owner of an AZIMUT GRANDE 35 METRI who appreciated the quality craftsmanship produced by Azimut|Benetti Group.
The OASIS 40M boasts a length of 40.8m/133.8ft, a beam of 8.5m/27.9ft, a draft of 2.1m/6.9ft and a volume of 385 GT.
One of the most striking design features of the new model is the two lateral stern platforms that open out to create easy access to the water. The extensive lower deck swim platform is fitted with an infinity pool which matches beautifully with the significant amount of glazing across the decks which create loft-like spaces.
