Italian shipyard Benetti has announced the delivery of the FAST 125 motor yacht BANGADANG (BF108) to her new Owner, in addition to two recent sales of a MEDITERRANEO 116 (BM006) and DELFINO 95 (HULL BD106). The purchases follow the recent sale of the first OASIS 40M hull BM101 to an American Owner.
Luxury yacht BANGADANG
Luxury yacht BANGADANG is the eighth hull to be constructed in the FAST 125 model and is built with a Displacement-to-Planing (D2P) hull from Pierluigi Ausonio and the Azimut|Benetti Research and Development Centre. She features exterior styling by naval architect Stefano Righini while the interiors were completed by British design studio RWD, who created three configurations and styles – Air, Land and Sea for Owners of the series to select from. M/Y BANGADANG uses the clean modern lines of the Air theme, and prestigious Italian brands including Cassina and Minotti furnish each room along with oak parquet flooring.
The main deck interior uses an open-plan layout for the salon and formal dining area, which is designed to seat up to 10 guests. The main deck forward hosts the Master suite, which is accessed via a private office/study. The room enjoys excellent views through the large windows and the en-suite bathroom is completed in marble.
The lower deck places the engine room and tender garage in the stern, the latter using a side-loading hatch for launch and retrieval of the two jet skis as well as the tender. This layout increases the distance between the engine room and the guest cabins, reducing noise and vibrations while travelling overnight. Three crew cabins are placed within the bow section, while the Captain’s cabin is located on the upper deck behind the helm station. A skylounge is also placed on the upper deck and has a wet bar and an attached pantry for the convenience of entertaining.
Luxury yacht BANGADANG differs from other FAST 125 models in that there is an additional helm station up on the sundeck, and two sofas are placed in an L-shaped formation for the group to savour outdoor living together.
The Mediterraneo 116
Hull BM006 measures 35.5m/116ft and is the sixth hull in the popular MEDITERRANEO 116 model, boasting exterior lines by Giorgio M. Cassetta with interiors created by the Benetti in-house design team. The four decks provide accommodation for up to 10 guests in five spacious en-suite cabins, with a crew of seven to take care of the details.
The main deck Master suite is accessed through a private study and is finished in a selection of light and dark wood varieties. The en-suite bathroom has his-and-hers entrances, which join in the centre with by a large shower. To the aft the main salon benefits from large windows for panoramic views and plenty of sunlight throughout the day. The room is divided into a formal dining area to seat up to 10 guests and the comfortable lounge where guests have a choice of sofas and armchairs.
The lower deck has two VIP staterooms and two further guest cabins, one of which has an additional Pullman berth and all come with en-suite bathrooms. Three double cabins are also on this deck for the crew, while the Captain’s cabin is situated on the bridge deck.
Outdoors, guests have plenty of alfresco dining and lounging areas across the decks, with a Jacuzzi placed upon the bow and the sundeck offering plenty of room for outdoor entertaining.
The Delfino 95
The 29m/95ft DELFINO 95 model also features exteriors from Giorgio M. Cassetta and interiors by the Benetti in-house team. Similar to the MEDITERRANEO 116, there are four decks and accommodation is for up to 10 guests over 5 en-suite cabins, the Master suite located on the main deck forward and the remainder guest cabins on the lower deck. The crew accommodation on the lower deck is also in three double cabins, with the Captain’s cabin on the bridge deck.
