Benetti has announced the delivery of 35.5m/116ft superyacht BOTTI following her March launch and subsequent sea trials.
The popular Mediterraneo 116′ uses a fibreglass displacement hull and carbon fibre superstructure for greater performance and manoeuvrability, and the delivery of the third hull precedes the recent sale of a fourth hull to an Asian client.
The sporty exterior designs for which the shipyard is known come courtesy of Giorgio M. Cassetta, while interior designers Radyca worked in conjunction with Benetti’s in-house team and the Owner, who personally chose the finishes and furniture details. The materials further amplify the natural light throughout the interiors and extensive glazing is used to connect guests to the surroundings.
Serene social settings are fashioned through the application of high-quality fabrics, natural materials such as wood and warm colours paired with mutable lighting. The main salon has an American bar to add to the social occasion as guests admire the view from the sofas and armchairs. The full-beam Master suite is located in the bow and guests have access to a night area, walk-in wardrobes, a studio with TV and sofa as well as an en-suite bathroom in marble.
The upper deck aft has an impressive alfresco dining area that will seat up to 10 guests around a circular dining table, while inside the sky lounge features a 75-inch TV and a games table. A massive Jacuzzi and sunpads cover the bow, and additional sunbathing areas are to be found on the sundeck.
The lower deck hosts the rest of the guest accommodation, which consists of two VIP staterooms and two twin cabins with Pullman berths to sleep up to 10 guests. The crew accommodation in the bow along with the Captain’s cabin sleeps a total of 7.
At 10 knots motor yacht BOTTI is capable of a range of 3,000 nautical miles – perfect for exploring everything cruising grounds such as the Caribbean and Mediterranean have to offer.
