The 4th unit of the new Benetti Delfino 93′ series – entry yacht of the Benetti Class Range, motor yacht AZUL, was launched today in Italy. The launch of he superyacht AZUL has taken place at the Azimut-Benetti Group’s Lusben company, right next to the Benetti shipyard‘s headquarters.
Following the customary preliminary steps, including the traditional breaking of the bottle on the hull, the motor yacht AZUL was lowered into the water, a ceremony witnessed by Owner, technical personnel, workers, and all Benetti staff who oversaw outfitting and construction over the past several months.
Delfino 93’ represents a close link between Benetti innovation and history. The first motor yacht by this name was presented forty years ago at the 1969 Genoa boat show.
The first yacht of the new Benetti Class range and the first to be launched, has been selected by SeaNet – one of the world’s leading companies in fractional yacht ownership at the international level, with nine branches, including three in Europe – for offering its customers the ability to own a yacht in a way that’s tailored to their boating needs. It combines the typical concern of charterers, where access to boating is desired without having to bear the total and continual burden of yacht management, with the pleasure of the exclusive prerogative of always finding their own yacht available, without compromises and with the certainty of the highest standards of quality and comfort.
Based on its design solutions, technical features, and the functionality common to larger yachts, Delfino 93’ – superyacht AZUL has been chosen by SeaNet for its fractional yacht-ownership programme. Superb navigational stability (thanks to the new electric fins), extreme care in the quality of construction, and superior benefits in terms of performance and low consumption, as well as significant reduction in noise and vibration and extensive technological features, such as the exclusive BEST platform (Benetti Exclusive Sea Technology), which integrates all of the electronic systems and on-board equipment, and the integrated wheelhouse, which is capable of merging the numerous navigational, telecommunications, and safety instruments, are what prompted SeaNet to put its trust in the building excellence of Benetti – for the past 13 years, the world leader in the construction of mega yachts – for the creation of the modern yacht.
